Strict Return Policy

At MD Creations, we pride ourselves on the quality and precision of our scale models and 3D prints. Because many of our items are custom-made or delicate, we enforce a strict return policy.

Returns are only accepted if you receive a defective or damaged piece.

What is Not Covered

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• If the size or scale does not meet your expectations (please review dimensions carefully before purchase).
• If the item does not match your subjective preferences regarding weight, feel, or texture.
• If the product has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Color and Options Disclaimer

Please note that the actual color and other visual options might be slightly different from the visible product image on our website. Lighting, monitor settings, and material variations during the 3D printing or manufacturing process can cause these minor discrepancies. This does not constitute a defect.

Reporting a Defect

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at mdartsbymanoj@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect and your order details.
